Excellence Industrial Maintenance Co. W.L.L. is an engineering company offering structural steel fabrication & erection, piping – fabrication and installation, installation of electro/ mechanical equipment in turnkey projects and industrial maintenance activities including supply of quality manpower.

EXI was established in the Kingdom of Bahrain in 2003 initially within the Arab Shipbuilding & Re- pair Yard (ASRY) by two enterprising entrepreneurs and a team of management and engineering professionals, equally supported by a large pool of skilled manpower for steel fabrication, piping and electro/mechanical engineering activities for ship repair with an outstanding record and high productivity levels of handling over 90 ship repair contracts per year.

EXI has also established partnerships within ASRY and established a consolidated group of professional international companies to support us and the local industries for various aspects of specialist engineering activity (e.g. Hydraulics & fluid engineering, boilers, instrumentation, metal spraying, hard chrome plating, machine shop activities, metal castings, etc.) enabling us to target and support the local and regional industry requirement.

As the EXI brand name developed within the Kingdom of Bahrain and demands for the local industry increased, in 2005 EXI diversified and established a fully equipped 10,000 Sq. M. workshops in the Hidd Industrial Area and pre-qualified EXI within all major industries in the Kingdom of Bahrain and thereby providing quality engineering services including quality manpower to the industries and also supporting the local and international construction contractors with steel and pipe fabrication and erection services.

In 2007 EXI acquired ISO 9001 Certification for structural steel fabrication, erection, industrial maintenance, blasting and painting activities.

• Manufacturing of EOT Cranes, small medium size boats, tug boats, pontoons and marine equipment, ship loaders for bulk material handling, steel tanks, loaders, etc.
